The warehouse has 20 foot ceilings, 14’ High overhead doors.  Each warehouse unit is approximately 25’ wide by 46’ deep.  The office area is approximately 14’ by 25’ first floor with a second story office above the first office.  The square footage of the entire first floor which would include the first floor office and warehouse is 60’ x 25’.  The office ceilings are 9-10 high.  The offices have glass entries with one large additional window in each office.   The lease space rental rates vary from $1050 to $1200 per per 1800 square foot unit. Lease terms are generally three years with some flexibility for shorter terms at an additional rate.  There is an additional monthly charge of approximately $300 per unit to cover property taxes and building insurance, common area costs such as building and HVAC maintenance, grounds maintenance, snow removal, trash service, water and sewage utilities, and security equipment and security lighting.  The units are separately metered for electric and natural gas.  Each unit has electric heating and air conditioning for the office area and the warehouse area has hanging space heaters which use natural gas.  The building is relatively new; therefore the equipment is new and efficient.  AT&T high speed internet service is available for an additional charge.
